We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Purview Expert to join one of our clients on a focused engagement. You will be responsible for setting up the Purview environment from the ground up and establishing a robust framework for data classification and governance. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in greenfield environments and can translate technical compliance requirements into actionable solutions.
- Set up and configure the Microsoft Purview environment end to end
- Define and implement data classification policies and labels
- Establish data governance frameworks aligned with the client's compliance requirements
- Manage sensitive information types and data loss prevention (DLP) policies
- Provide guidance and documentation on Purview best practices
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview (formerly Azure Purview / Microsoft 365 Compliance Center)
- Strong knowledge of data classification, sensitivity labels, and DLP policies
- Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems
- Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing role
