The role
You'll join as a core technical builder partnering directly with the CTO, co-owning architecture, translating strategy into scalable systems, and shipping production-ready solutions that drive real product outcomes.
We build AI-first. Modern tooling and AI-driven workflows are embedded into how the team operates day to day. This is a high-ownership role where you'll have real say in how things get built, not just what gets built.
You will:
- Own and drive implementation of core parts of the platform, aligned with the technical direction
- Build systems that handle financial data, transactions, and decision flows at scale
- Translate product and business needs into robust, scalable architecture and code
- Operate across backend, infrastructure, and integrations with high autonomy in execution
- Work in an AI-native development environment, using modern tools to increase speed, quality, and output
- Contribute to architectural decisions together with the CTO

What we’re looking for
We’re not looking for a task executor. We’re looking for a builder with strong technical judgment and high ownership.
You likely:
- Have 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Have built or contributed to scalable systems or platforms
- Think in systems, trade-offs, and long-term architecture
- Are comfortable moving between code, product, and technical strategy
- Thrive in a small, high-performing team with high autonomy
- Comfortable working in an AI-augmented development environment
Strong plus if you:
- Have experience from startups or scaleups
- Have experience with fintech, data-heavy systems, or decision engines
- Have built API-driven platforms and integrations
- Understand event-driven or distributed systems
Tech environment
- Stack: Python, Node.js / TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL
- Infrastructure: AWS, cloud-native, APIs, event-driven systems
- Integrations: ERP systems, payment flows, credit data providers
We care more about how you think and build rather than specific tools you have used in the past. Adapting to new tools is a mindset to become more efficient.
