Your role & influence as Inside Sales Team Manager
You will be given responsibility for leading and developing Inside Sales First Line - a team that is at the core of the customer experience, managing inbound interactions and order handling via phone, chat, and email. Together with your team, you will ensure a smooth journey from first contact to delivery through a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement—delivering reliable service at scale and contributing directly to business results.
Collaboration:
You will work closely with your own team as well as other functions within Inside Sales, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to ensure seamless ways of working, a strong customer experience, and identification of new business opportunities.
