We’re looking for a Sales Transformation Manager to join us at Telia.
I ’m Anders Selin , Acting Head of Sales Operations at Telia B2B Sweden, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking organization focused on driving performance management and sales development. In this unit , w e design & drive the change agenda – from idea to effect. We define & implement new steering models, working methods and business rules for all customer units , from high velocity sales to advanced bid and risk management in complex solution sales. We develop & reinforce the organization’s skills in both processes and sales methods through training and coaching of our employees and leaders a cross the B2B organi z ation .
The Sales Transformation Manager plays a key role in shaping how B2B sales are designed, implemented and continuously improved . The role drives transformation by strengthening sales processes, operating models, and ways of working, while improving sales effectiveness, transparency, and execution. It also includes leading the adoption of digital sales tools, Salesforce, and AI-enabled workflows, and acting as a trusted advisor to sales leadership in driving change across the organization .
In this role, you will drive sales transformation across B2B by strengthening structures, ways of working, and sales effectiveness.
Drive sales transformation from gap analysis to embedded change
Design and improve sales operating models , processes, KPI: s , roles & responsibilities and ways of working
Build the capabilities needed to improve sales effectiveness and capacity
Lead adoption of digital sales tools, CRM, and AI-enabled workflows
Act as an internal advisor and drive change across functions through influence
Communicate priorities and transformation progress into leadership and the organization

Experience
7–10 years of experience in complex B2B solution selling, business and digital transformation, and Sales Operations. Proven ability to lead change through influence and implement new ways of working from analysis to execution. Merit: Business consulting.
Competencies & Knowledge
Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and ability to turn strategy into concrete transformation initiatives. Strong in process design, analytics, Salesforce, the broader CRM ecosystem, and digital sales tools, with a structured approach to change management.
Business Design & Sales Effectiveness
Experience designing sales operating models, including roles, processes, governance, and collaboration interfaces. Able to define roadmaps, improve sales effectiveness through KPIs, and identify opportunities across capability areas, for example CPQ, Contract Management, Order Management, automation, and AI, to increase capacity.
Leadership & Personal Qualities
Strong ability to lead through influence, build trust, align stakeholders, and drive change without direct authority. Communicative, credible, and comfortable operating in complex and ambiguous environments.
Education
Relevant academic degree in business, engineering, or similar — or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
