JOB DESCRIPTION
Patriksson is looking for a Junior Event Producer to join our team, working across a range of local and international clients within fashion, beauty, tech, and the wider creative industries.
As a Junior Event Producer, you will support the planning and execution of productions and events, helping bring creative ideas to life through strong coordination, structure, and attention to detail. Working closely with producers, strategists, creatives, and communications teams, you will be involved across multiple stages of a project, from early planning to on-site execution.
You are organised, proactive, and eager to grow within the world of creative production. You have a genuine interest in culture, trends, and brand experiences, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your work will include supporting productions such as events, brand activations, shoots, launches, and immersive experiences.
Working across multiple projects simultaneously, you help ensure productions are delivered smoothly, on brief, and with a high level of quality and professionalism.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the planning and execution of events, productions, and brand activations
Assist in translating creative ideas into clear production plans and timelines
Coordinate logistics, suppliers, schedules, and production details
Support budgeting, invoicing, and administrative production tasks
Collaborate with internal teams across creative, strategy, and communications
Assist with talent coordination, guest management, and external partners
Participate in on-site production and event execution
Help secure smooth delivery, follow-up, and documentation of productions
Stay updated on trends, cultural movements, and the evolving creative landscape
QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES
+2 years of experience within events, production, PR, communications, or related fields
Strong organisational and coordination skills with great attention to detail
Passion for culture, creativity, and brand experiences.
Solution-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
Curious about trends, creative production, and emerging technologies
Experience with presentation tools and production planning software is considered a plus
Fluent in Swedish and English
This is a permanent position based at our Stockholm HQ, with a 6-month probation period. Start date according to agreement. Interviews are held continuously, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
