Your primary mission is to build robust data infrastructures that aggregate, clean, and structure complex marketing and sales datasets. Working primarily in complex B2B environments with long, non-linear customer journeys, you will design compliant solutions to collect and normalize data across digital channels and CRM systems. By bringing this data to life through intuitive dashboards, you will ensure our clients get the unified insights they need to drive business growth.
Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructures to collect, clean, and manage data from digital marketing channels, digital platforms, and CRM systems.
Define and implement robust analytics and measurement strategies.
Implement best-practice, privacy-compliant data collection solutions across relevant digital platforms.
Develop reports and interactive dashboards to analyze cross-channel and cross-platform attribution.
Guide and support our clients in data, tracking, and analytics-related matters to enable informed decision-making and drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you thrive at the intersection of technical infrastructure and business strategy. While highly technical, you also possess a consultative mindset and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Professional experience in data science, analytics engineering, or data engineering, with a strong focus on building data infrastructure within digital marketing.
Experience working with marketing data from several different platforms across the digital marketing landscape (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
High proficiency in SQL and Python for processing, cleaning, and structuring large datasets.
Solid experience working with Google BigQuery and the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.
Hands-on experience working with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics.
Solid understanding of data compliance, tracking solutions, and managing data quality in complex environments.
Proven experience in visualizing data and building actionable dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Proven experience working with marketing ETL tools such as Supermetrics, Funnel, or similar platforms.
