Do you want to be part of building something that really matters?
Developing new nuclear power in Sweden is a unique opportunity – and a key part of the future sustainable energy system. At Videberg Kraft, you won’t just join a company – you’ll help build it from the ground up.
We are now looking for Young Professionals to join our PMO (Project Management Office) team – a role for someone who is curious, driven, and eager to learn by doing in a dynamic project environment. You will gain broad exposure to Videberg Kraft, including engineering-focused areas, and build a strong foundation to grow into future key roles within the company.
As a Young Professional in the PMO, you will work hands-on across our projects and support different teams where needed. You will gain broad exposure to how large-scale projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered.
You’ll rotate between focus areas working hands-on with different parts of our project organisation (Engineering, Supply & Contracting, Site & Owner's work, Permitting & Licensing, PMO etc.), creating an understanding of how it all fits together – from reactor to turbine and supporting systems. In your role you will be contributing where the need is greatest and quickly get real responsibility to develop your skills in system integration and large-scale engineering projects – always with support from experienced colleagues.
Support planning, coordination, and follow-up across projects, including engineering-related activities
Contribute to understanding how reactor, turbine, and plant systems interact
Support analysis and coordination related to System Integration (e.g. SIA/SFA) across the plant
Take part in reviewing deliverables and help ensure that systems and disciplines align as intended
Help identify and manage interfaces between technical areas and project functions
Contribute to ensuring that technical, project, and performance requirements are aligned and followed up
Assist in preparing decision material, reports, and presentations
Step in where needed – supporting both operational and analytical tasks across teams
Has a master degree in engineering or similar field (e.g. mechanical, energy, nuclear, or physics engineering)
Recently graduated or have up to 2 years of relevant experience
Is curious and eager to learn in a hands-on environment
Has a strong interest in complex industrial systems and system integration
Is structured, analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
Enjoy working in a dynamic setting where priorities can shift
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
A unique opportunity to be part of building a company its ways of working and engineering methods
Work in a high-tech, high-impact environment with strong focus on quality and safety
Broad exposure across multiple projects and disciplines
A steep learning curve with strong support from experienced colleagues
A role where you contribute and take on real responsibility from day one to grow over time
A unique opportunity to work with reactor–turbine and plant system engineering
