Erika Insurance Ltd is an insurance company located at Strandvägen in Stockholm, Sweden. We specialize in travel insurance for partners within the EF Education First group. Our mission is to design insurance coverage tailored to the needs of EF customers, giving them the confidence to explore new places, cultures and experiences with the support of high-quality travel insurance. Erika has an A- rating from A.M. Best and is supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
The Role
Responsibility of core finance processes, including payments, reconciliations and monthly closing activities
Own the end-to-end claims data process, including receiving claims files, validating and quality-checking data, and loading it into the insurance system
Coordination and support to CEO and the Erika team related to compliance and risk management, with broad exposure to how an insurance company is run
Collaborate with stakeholders and relevant business units in order to support and administer the procurement of corporate insurance solutions

You will join Erika at an exciting stage in our journey. This is a broad and hands-on role with a strong administrative element, offering exposure to several parts of both Erika Insurance and the wider EF organization. As we are upgrading our insurance system and have recently implemented a new ERP, you will have a great opportunity to help shape how we work going forward and influence how processes are structured in our new systems.

Your hard skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
We also welcome candidates with another analytical academic background and a strong interest in finance and business operations
This role is suitable for a recent graduate with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience, including internships
Excel proficiency (pivots, formulas, macros).
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English. Experience working in Oracle is meritorious. An additional language is a major advantage for your future career within the EF Group.
