About The Role
We are now looking for a Medical Success to support Gosta Labs’ activities in Sweden.
This role is both hands-on and strategic, working closely with clinicians, hospital partners, and internal product teams. You will ensure our AI solutions deliver real clinical value and meet Swedish regulatory and medical standards.You will play a key role in shaping how our operating system is built, validated, and adopted in Swedish healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and medical expertise across the development, validation, and deployment of Gosta Labs’ AI solutions.
- Act as a core medical interface between clinical stakeholders, healthcare provider partners, and product and engineering teams.
- Translate real-world healthcare workflows and clinical needs into clear product requirements.
- Engage with medical, clinical, and IT decision-makers at partner hospitals.
- Oversee and advise on clinical validation studies and performance assessments of AI algorithms.
- Ensure compliance with Swedish regulatory requirements, clinical guidelines, and best practices.
- Contribute to product and clinical strategy by identifying opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve healthcare.
- Represent Gosta Labs within the Swedish healthcare community, including conferences, advisory discussions, and industry events.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and regulatory teams to deliver high-quality, clinically robust solutions.
- Stay up to date on advances in medical AI, and digital health.
Qualifications
- Holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post Doctor of Medicine degree.
- Work experience from a small to mid sized tech company.
- Experience in digital health, health tech, or telemedicine industries, ideally involving AI-enabled solutions is considered a plus.
- Earlier track record of working with medical, clinical, and IT decision-makers within healthcare provider organizations.
- A strong background in clinical strategy, medical oversight, or clinical governance is strongly preferred, ideally with relevant degrees or certifications.
- Proficient in digital tools and technologies, with a strong ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, technology-centric environments.
- Must be based in Sweden and authorized to work there.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
