About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Tender Manager to join our Swedish and Danish Customer Care organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing tenders and related processes across Sweden and Denmark, while acting as a key link between customers, industry organizations, the sales organization, and internal stakeholders.
You will report to the Customer Care Manager and work closely with colleagues in Customer Care and Sales across both countries.
The customer care team is primarily based in Copenhagen, and the role can be located in Stockholm, Malmo, or Copenhagen with a hybrid working arrangement.
Your responsibilities
- Tender Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end tender processes, including preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders
- Facilitate and coordinate tender meetings
- Ensure effective execution of tender-related activities across Sweden and Denmark
Contract & Customer Support
- Manage and coordinate sales contracts
- Provide tender-related support to customers and the Sales organization
- Coordinate and support Customer Care team members in operational tender activities
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain active communication with customers, industry organizations, and other external stakeholders in Sweden and Denmark
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Care colleagues across both countries
Market Evaluation & Sustainability
- Drive best-practice sharing across the North Cluster regarding tenders, market evaluation, and sustainability initiatives
- Support activities related to public procurement, sustainability requirements, and market developments
Your qualification
Required-
Fluency in Swedish

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Relevant higher education within procurement, law, finance, business administration, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in tender management and public procurement processes, including EU procurement regulations

Proven ability to coordinate projects and drive activities to completion

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

High level of reliability, ownership, and attention to detail
Preferred

Danish language skills

Experience from the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry
