Field Sales Representative – Aerial Work Platforms (AWP)
Covering Sweden
Up to SEK 1,100,000 basic + bonus + package
A global manufacturer of construction and access equipment is expanding across Europe and is looking to hire a Senior Sales Representative to drive growth within the Swedish market.
This is a field-based role focused on developing new business, closing sales and managing key accounts across rental companies, construction firms, and industrial customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory sales strategy
- Win and grow key accounts across the region
- Build long-term relationships with rental and construction customers
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts
- Work closely with after-sales and service teams
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years field sales experience within MEWP / AWP / access equipment / lifting equipment
- Strong network across rental companies and construction firms
- Proven track record of revenue generation (€1m+ annually ideal)
- Fluent Swedish (C1+) and English
- Highly autonomous, driven, and commercially focused
