You will report to the Manager for Infrastructure & Operations.
Main Responsibilities
Transform Lindab Group’s on-premise IT infrastructure to cloud-based services, ensuring a seamless migration and optimal performance.
Ensure the implementation and compliance of core infrastructure and cloud platforms, maintaining high security and performance standards.
Participate in projects to design and develop infrastructure solutions and services based on business requirements.
Manage one or more services throughout their entire lifecycle, driving service maturity and continuous improvement in collaboration with partners, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
Define and communicate the service’s business value, ensuring alignment with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain the roadmap for your service, securing alignment with the overarching IS/IT strategy.
Monitor and report on the investment roadmap, outlining deliverables, expected outcomes, and business impact over time.
Oversee Lindab Group’s cloud environment, ensuring it remains secure, scalable, cost-effective, and optimized for performance.
Support the business with change management and service requests related to the global IS/IT service portfolio.
Ensure high-quality service delivery from outsourced infrastructure providers, proactively addressing any issues to maintain operational excellence.
Previous Experience & Competencies
At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong focus on cloud solutions. Background in manufacturing IT infrastructure (OT) is a plus.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Server environments and Azure, relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience in managing outsourced IT service delivery, either from a customer or supplier perspective.
Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices.
Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and experience in service lifecycle management.
Experience with Azure cost governance (FinOps) and understanding of resource optimisation.
As Lindab Group is a global role, previous experience working within an international matrix organization is an advantage.
