The opportunity
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing international company.
In this role you'll own sourcing and hiring across the organization — finding, evaluating, and bringing in the people who help us scale, whether for full-time positions or shorter engagements with us. You'll also stay in regular contact with our faculty members, supporting coordination and relationship-building as needed. It's a dynamic, people-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships at scale.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a global network, work closely with leading experts, and gain deep exposure to the rapidly evolving world of AI.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for both full-time hires and shorter engagements: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding talent across the organization
- Build and manage talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
- Conduct outreach, research, and market scanning to identify top talent globally
- Stay in regular contact with faculty members, supporting coordination and relationship management
- Act as a key point of contact between candidates, internal teams, and external partners
- Coordinate interview schedules, contracts, and hiring logistics
- Help shape and improve recruitment processes as the company continues to scale
Who you are
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Entrepreneurial, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and networks
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once
- Proven ability to assess talent and identify candidates whose skills, values, and potential align with our organizational profile, culture, and strategic needs
- Comfortable with occasional evening or out-of-hours work due to global time zones
- Curious about technology and excited to learn more about AI and its real-world impact
- Fluency in Swedish is a plus
