Location: Sweden but flexible (Nordics preferred)
Salary: Competitive Base Salary + 40% OTE

We are now looking for a Channel Sales Manager to accelerate growth across the Nordics, Baltics, and Scotland by leading and developing our strategic distributor network.
This is a high-impact role where you will own partner performance, co-sell major opportunities, and build sustainable pipeline growth across a diverse and high-potential region.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner Leadership & Growth
- Manage and develop 3 key distributor partnerships
- Build and execute joint business plans aligned to growth targets
- Drive accountability for revenue, pipeline, and market development
- Identify new partnership opportunities where needed
Business Development
- Generate and develop new sales opportunities across hospitals and imaging centres
- Work “shoulder-to-shoulder” with partners to win strategic deals
- Build strong pipeline and improve conversion rates
- Expand Agfa’s footprint across your territories
Co-Selling & Deal Execution
- Support partners in tenders, negotiations, and solution positioning
- Lead key opportunities and customer engagements when required
- Bring a value-based selling approach to complex deals
Partner Enablement
- Train and coach distributor sales teams on Agfa’s solutions
- Strengthen product knowledge and sales capability
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and demand generation
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in channel sales / distributor management
- Strong track record in growing revenue through partners
- Background in MedTech, healthcare, or capital equipment (preferred)
- Skilled in complex, solution-based selling
- Commercially sharp with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset
