The Manager, Executive Protection assists in the creation of Pinkerton's executive protection products for high-net-worth clients, ensure the right standards are implemented and oversees the operational functions of the division. The Manager, Executive Services will manage the Nodrics region service line of executive protection and help grow further business lines in EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

Responsible for the year-over-year revenue growth of the assigned field office/geographic area;

Communicate with the Country Director, Sweden regarding trends relative to fixed and variable costs and financial impact of present and anticipated business activity.

Review records and other financial data that impacts revenue growth and profitability.

Partner with the Sales Support and Marketing departments to identify client prospects and market trends.

Ensure all services are conducted in a timely and professional manner and aligned with Pinkerton's Service Delivery Standards;

Assist the SVP Director with business development and CRM.

Address client questions and/or concerns quickly and effectively.

Assist in the creation of Pinkerton's executive protection standards, guidelines, and procedures.

Oversee and coordinate scheduling of the executive protection security consultants, part time employees, and contractors.

Serve as the point of contact in support of clients' ongoing projects.

Development of executive protection – HNW model for vendor onboarding.

Perform various executive protection and assessment details, as assigned by the Director.

Plan, assign, supervise, and direct work.

Assist with general administrative and operational functions.

All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred with at least five years of security industry work in executive protection, along with at least 3 years business management and sales experience. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
