We're looking for an experienced Technical Architect to join our team in Sweden. You'll drive the automation and digital transformation of complex design workflows, developing innovative BIM solutions and helping engineering teams adopt best practices. Your Responsibilities:
Assess and optimize existing Revit environments, templates, and BIM standards.
Design, develop, and maintain Revit API solutions, custom plugins, and Dynamo scripts.
Implement automation strategies to streamline design and engineering workflows.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Autodesk Revit environments.
Coach and mentor internal teams on BIM best practices, automation techniques, and technical standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and architecture decisions.
Contribute to the long-term roadmap for digital design and engineering solutions.
Your Profile:
Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience working with Autodesk Revit, BIM technologies, and design automation.
Strong expertise in Revit API development, custom plugin creation, and Dynamo scripting.
Proven experience implementing BIM workflows and automation solutions within large organizations.
Solid understanding of BIM standards, template management, and technical governance.
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, or similar tools is considered a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to transfer knowledge and coach technical teams.
Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.

Salary range: From 53333,00 SEK to 66667,00 SEK
The stated salary falls within the established salary range for the position and is determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility, in accordance with our policy of fair and non-discriminatory compensation.
