Marshall Group is the audio, tech, and design powerhouse uniting musicians and music lovers through genre-breaking innovation. Our flagship brand, Marshall, is uniquely positioned with over 60 years of rock ‘n’ roll attitude on stage, at home, and on the go. Our iconic products are brought to life by a dedicated team of 800 passionate employees and sold in over 90 markets worldwide.
Right now, we need to strengthen our Business Management team with a Business Manager for the Speakers category who will own the commercial planning and execution backbone for our speaker business.
What you’ll do:
You will act as the operational and commercial hub for the speaker category, ensuring that planning, execution, and performance tracking are aligned and moving in the same direction. You work across functions and markets to make sure the right decisions are made and executed at the right time.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive launch readiness for new speaker products, including SKU planning, volume allocation, dual sourcing considerations, and ensuring markets and supply chain are aligned for execution.
Manage product lifecycle planning (phase-in and phase-out), ensuring clear transitions and alignment between Product management, Regions, Supply Chain and other relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate global pricing for speaker products across markets, currencies, and channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across systems.
Work with Regions and Product Development Managers to build rolling product simulations, highlighting risks, gaps, and opportunities.
Support demand planning together with Forecast Managers and regional teams, ensuring inventory positioning and enable commercial opportunities.
Monitor and follow up on product and category performance, with a focus on launches, and commercial performance and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
Act as the main coordination point between Sales, PDM, Project Management, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regional teams.
Translate data and inputs from different functions into clear actions, recommendations, and decision material.
Drive improvements in planning, forecasting, pricing coordination, and execution across the speaker category.
Who we’re looking for:
You are structured, analytical, and thrive in environments where priorities shift and many stakeholders need alignment. You enjoy working close to data, decisions, and execution rather than staying on a purely strategic level.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
More than 3 years of experience in business management, commercial planning, category management, sales operations, or supply chain roles
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
Experience working with forecasting, pricing, product planning, or similar commercial processes
Experience with Microsoft Office and BI tools, preferably Power BI
Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and building alignment without formal authority
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex information for different audiences
Strong analytical ability with experience turning data into clear actions
