Role Description:
The Social Media and Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Stockholm, responsible for driving Taco Bell Sverige's brand presence across digital and local channels. In this role, you will plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms, respond to community interactions, and monitor trends to keep the brand relevant and visible. You will support local and national campaigns, coordinate with restaurant teams for in-store promotions, and collaborate with external partners or agencies when needed. Daily work includes managing content calendars, tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion. You will also contribute to brand storytelling, ensure consistency with global guidelines, and support events and local marketing initiatives that build awareness and traffic to our Swedish restaurants.
Proven experience in social media management, including planning, publishing, and community engagement for brands or organizations.
Strong skills in content creation and copywriting for digital channels, with an eye for visual storytelling and brand tone of voice.
Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to measure performance and inform data-driven decisions.
Ability to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Fluency in written and spoken English; Swedish language skills are highly beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working on-site in Stockholm and visiting restaurant locations as needed for content creation and local activities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality marketing is an advantage.
