You’ll work close to the core of Allakando and get a true 360° view of how a fast-growing education company runs. Over the internship, you’ll become a specialist within sales – while collaborating across the business and understanding how it all connects.
What you’ll do:
Speak with French families over the phone (who are actively looking for support)
Understand the student’s situation and recommend a tailored tutoring solution
Build trust quickly and communicate value clearly
Close deals and hit weekly targets – in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the team: share learnings, improve scripts, sharpen the playbook
No prior sales experience needed, we’ll teach you:
Consultative sales fundamentals (discovery, value framing, objections, closing)
Daily routines that top performers use to earn more with less stress
Communication that makes families feel confident, while still moving decisions forward
