Your responsibilities
Be the trusted advisor, coach and support the organization in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
Support the goal of sustaining profitable growth of the Sales Company North by supporting the creation of our people strategy that covers all areas of HR.
Support and contribute to the company talent and strategic workforce planning process to ensure we are equipped with the right talent to support our business goals.
Advise and support local employee relations topics and champion the safety, engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion agenda.
Who we are looking for
You take full ownership of your scope and naturally build trust throughout the organization.
You have strong communication and influencing skills and build trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You have strong business acumen and high level of customer service focus.
In a structured way you take initiatives and make the right priorities finalizing tasks.
Strategic thinking and resilience when planning and executing tasks.
Ideally, you will also have
Experience from an international context in a similar industry.
A good understanding of employment law and collective agreements in the Nordics.
Experience managing HR projects in various business cycles and a changing environment.
