Your opportunity
Are you interested in developing opportunities for students and recent graduates? As our Early Career Partner, you’ll help shape Boliden’s future by supporting early career talent. This role offers the chance to build and influence how we engage students and graduates to drive innovation and sustainability across the organization.
This is a temporary position of approximately 14 months, starting in September 2026, covering a parental leave.
Who will you work with
You’ll be part of the Employer Branding and Early Career team within the Talent Department and report to the Global Employer Branding and Early Career Manager. We are a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with hiring managers, HR partners and our Talent Department colleagues that specialize in Talent Acquisition, Talent and Performance and Learning and Development as well as our Graduate Program Gen B.
Develop and improve our early career processes (e.g. summer jobs, thesis work, internships, the graduate program)
