Summary

As a Tender Specialist you are part of the Nordic Bids and Tender team, responsible for the daily operational tender process in Sweden, working closely with the Swedish Tender Manager.
The responsibility for tenders will be cross functional and cover different departments. Focus will be on the Swedish market, but the position includes supporting all Nordic countries. The position is located in Sweden or Finland. Our Swedish office is in the heart of Stockholm and the Finnish office close to the Helsinki-Vantaa airport.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for screening public procurement opportunities relevant for Baxter, preparing for, and initiating cross-functional meetings.
Responsible for coordinating input from business segments and other stakeholders and for tenders to be submitted prior to deadline.
Receive new Tender contracts and ensure that you manage prolongations, contracts signed and filed correctly.
Meet all external deadlines for the tender process.
Qualifications
Formal training or skills acquired through work experience.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in public healthcare services (medical devices/pharmaceutical industry).
Excellent administration and process management skills.
Skilled in Excel
Great communicator, verbal and written
Flexibility/pragmatism and personal accountability for results.
Highly collaborative, involves others, respect for others.
Fluent in Swedish, Finnish is considered a great advantage
