TALENT LEAD
Stockholm · On-Site · Full-Time or Part-Time · Immediate Start
Who We Are
We are a well-funded, early-stage technology company on a mission to fundamentally redefine the way the world searches, discovers, and transacts, built on a philosophy that puts the user first at every step.
The user is not simply a means of transaction. They are a valued participant whose data works for them, not against them, enriching their world and their own experience within it, with them retaining full control.
Our mission is underpinned by proprietary, patent-pending technology built on a novel engine and system.
The Opportunity You Will Have
A company is built by people, for people. The most important decision any company makes is hiring the right individuals; those who not only carry the skills the mission demands, but who embody the values and culture the company is built on.
Every hire, every process, and every cultural signal is a founding act, not an administrative one. You will be the person who leads the effort to identify and attract individuals who truly belong here; people who embody the company’s values, standards, and culture.
People should not be managed. They should be seen, supported, and given the conditions to do the best work of their lives. That is what this role makes possible.
Who You Are
- Highly talented and motivated to help build a people function with people, for people
- You thrive in zero-to-one environments and enjoy designing processes, culture frameworks, and organisational structures from first principles

- Able to inspire and collaborate; you make candidates and colleagues feel seen and elevate the people around you
- An exceptional communicator able to explain hiring rationale, organisational feedback, and compensation topics with clarity and precision
- Able to translate hiring requirements into structured processes with speed, discipline, and attention to detail
- Highly ambitious and execution-oriented; you operate with urgency and maintain quality under pressure

What You Will Do
- Own and operate the full-cycle recruiting pipeline across all open roles including sourcing, targeted outreach, candidate assessment, pipeline management, offer structuring, and onboarding, to an uncompromising standard of candidate experience and delivery pace
- Support and progressively develop the people infrastructure including onboarding processes, payroll coordination, and HR compliance frameworks
- Define and own the employer brand across all candidate-facing surfaces including outreach communications, role specifications, and the end-to-end candidate journey from first contact to signed offer
- Proactively source and directly engage exceptional candidates through structured headhunting, LinkedIn, professional networks, and academic pipelines, building a proprietary talent network with precision and intent
- Support the founder with scheduling, candidate coordination, and people-related communications as a trusted right hand
- Ensure that every communication, document, and process produced by the people function reflects the company’s identity, culture, and standards
