As a Development Engineer – Electrical & Automation, you will take technical responsibility for electrical and automation solutions in assigned development projects. You will work close to the internal engineering teams, and production, translating customer requirements into robust and compliant design solutions. While you do not have formal personnel responsibility, you are responsible for the electrical design scope in your projects and coordinate others in the delivery. As our production is located in Landskrona , the role is primarily on ‑ site , with some flexibility for remote work.
How you’ll make an impact
Take technical ownership of electrical design scope in assigned development projects, ensuring delivery according to time, budget, and quality requirements.
Prepare technical customer application designs to support sales activities , including specification analysis, electrical schematics, component selection .
Create and work according to quality documentation such as process maps, work instructions, functional descriptions, and guidelines.
Support in factory testing, FAT, supplier evaluations, and commissioning activities (SAT), including occasional travel.
