Fuels Capital is a Nordic private credit firm providing structured, asset-backed financing to entrepreneurs and privately held companies across Northern and Western Europe. We focus on fundamentally sound businesses, unlocking liquidity from illiquid asset bases and ownership structures to enable acquisitions, growth, and shareholder liquidity – always with a strong emphasis on downside protection.
Our strategy centres on senior secured and secured subordinated lending, typically backed by real estate, financial assets, or other hard collateral. We invest across two segments: (1) Growth – entrepreneurial capital for SMEs; and (2) Corporate – structured lending within the lower mid-market, with ticket sizes of EUR 5–25 million.

About the role
As Growth Manager, you’ll own the top of our funnel together with the Growth team. While our investment team structures and executes the deals, the Growth team make sure there are deals to execute – and that the right entrepreneurs, company owners and advisors think of Fuels first. This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who creates their own momentum. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving origination: identifying, approaching and qualifying entrepreneurs, business owners and corporates with financing needs
Building and activating a network of potential customers
Owning outbound activity end-to-end – meetings, campaigns, events – with a disciplined pipeline
Qualifying opportunities and handing them over to the investment team, staying close to the relationship through close
Together with the team representing Fuels in the market and strengthening our brand and positioning
Feeding market intelligence back into our product offering and growth strategy
About you
We are looking for a commercially driven, self-going professional – from mid-level to very senior. What matters is drive, ownership and the ability to open doors. You likely have:
4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or origination – ideally from banking, debt advisory, lending/fintech, or professional services serving entrepreneurs and SMEs (we are equally interested in significantly more senior profiles)
A track record of building pipeline and winning new client relationships
Enough financial fluency to hold a credible conversation about financing needs with owners and CFOs
An existing network among entrepreneurs, advisors or banks – a strong plus
Fluency in Swedish and English
