The Production Operator is responsible for executing assembly, material handling, and quality control activities in accordance with established procedures, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly in accordance with manufacturing orders based on drawings, ensuring proper documentation of inspections and test results.
Manage goods receipt, including inspection and storage of materials.
Execute outbound processes in the ERP system (SAP), including picking, packing, documentation, and transport booking.
Conduct measurement and inspection of incoming goods in accordance with established procedures.
Verify certificates and surface finish according to applicable instructions.
Participate in inventory processes.
Maintain a high standard of organization and housekeeping in warehouse areas, documentation, and assembly workspaces.
Plan and coordinate daily work activities in collaboration with colleagues.
Ensure accurate reporting in SAP based on delivery notes.
Adhere to company guidelines related to health and safety, quality, and productivity.
Approve and release products upon receipt and after assembly, following inspection and testing.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation in accordance with applicable procedures.
Ensure and maintain a high standard of order and housekeeping in all work areas.
Authorities
Perform assembly in accordance with applicable drawings and instructions.
Carry out basic quality inspections and measurement controls.
Operate lifting equipment and forklifts as required to fulfill production and logistics orders.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Metenova’s procedures and ways of working.
Strong product and item knowledge.
Basic computer skills, including ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office.
Solid technical understanding.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
