About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Facility Support Consultant to support day-to-day facility operations and workplace services within a dynamic international environment. The consultant will play a key role in maintaining efficient office operations, coordinating relocation activities, and ensuring facilities meet operational and regulatory standards.
This role requires a hands-on professional with strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Facility Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate physical storage facilities in collaboration with the Facility Management team
Plan and execute office relocation and workspace movement activities
Handle, troubleshoot, and resolve office and facility-related issues
Transport technical equipment and confidential materials safely between locations
Support compliance with local workplace and facility regulations
Conduct regular facility inspections and proactively address maintenance or operational issues
Assist with office furniture arrangements, meeting room setups, and workspace optimization
Support additional operational activities as required by the Facility Management team
Be available for occasional extended hours and weekend work when necessary
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in facility support, workplace operations, or similar roles
Proven experience in furniture repair and restoration
Certified experience working with car lifts and lifting tables
Valid driving license
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
