Qualifications:
- Strong marketing background with deep expertise in paid social platforms, including optimization levers and emerging trends.
- 4–5+ years’ experience in similar roles, with a proven ability to translate business objectives into strategies that drive measurable outcomes (growth, ROI, efficiency).
- Experience working in global or multi-market environments, balancing global consistency with local needs.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven optimization, testing frameworks, and performance insights.
- Proven track record of leading agency and platform partners (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and Tiktok) to deliver aligned, high-performing outcomes.
- Experience building and prioritizing test-and-learn roadmaps to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across senior and cross-functional audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
