We are now looking for a Group Commercial Manager to act as a key point of contact between Aviator and designated airline customers – and to strengthen both customer relationships and commercial performance across the Group.
About the role
As Group Commercial Manager, you will work at group level with a clear mandate to ensure strong contract governance, transparent collaboration, and consistent service delivery across Aviator.
The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
You will act as the link between commercial commitments and operational delivery, collaborate closely with local management and customer representatives, and drive improvements in service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
The role can be based at any Aviator station in the Nordics and requires travel depending on customer needs and business priorities.
What you will do
Customer & commercial ownership:
- Act as the main point of contact for airline customers and build strong relationships
- Lead and support contract negotiations, including drafting and pricing
- Ensure contract governance aligned with Aviator and ASG standards
Connecting commercial and operations:
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual commitments and SLAs
- Facilitate structured handover of agreements to operations
- Monitor implementation and follow up on results
Performance & continuous improvement:
- Drive performance tracking and operational data analysis
- Identify improvement areas and support implementation
- Prepare reports and act as a trusted advisor
Collaboration & stakeholder management:
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and authorities
- Represent Aviator in customer meetings and follow up on actions
What you will be accountable for
- Customer account plans and engagement models
- Contract governance documentation and pricing inputs
- Structured handover to operations
- KPI reporting and performance follow-up
- Customer governance materials and action tracking
Who you are
You have experience within aviation, service delivery, or operations management, with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders. You work in a structured way with high attention to quality and communicate effectively in English (and preferably a Scandinavian language). Experience with IATA SGHA is an advantage.
