Are you ready to take on a central coordination role in a fast-paced, global environment?
We are looking for a highly organised and service‑minded Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team in Helsingborg on a temporary assignment until year end. In this role, you will be the key link between our Spare Parts department and our Business Units across North America, South America, and the Asia Pacific region, ensuring that spare parts requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional service.
You will act as the “spider in the web,” collaborating closely with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics to secure timely order handling and smooth operational flow.
- Register and process spare parts orders from global Business Units in the ERP system (Infor LN)
- Coordinate and follow up on open orders with internal stakeholders
- Monitor order status and proactively drive actions to ensure on‑time delivery
- Maintain accurate data and documentation across multiple systems
- Act as a responsive and service‑oriented partner to internal customers
- Provide backup support to other team functions during vacation periods
- Support continuous improvement of spare parts processes and communication
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable coordinating many parallel tasks
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Service‑driven mindset with the ability to act with urgency when required
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution‑oriented approach
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Additional language skills are considered a strong advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative, coordination, logistics, or spare parts support role
- Experience working with ERP systems (Infor LN is an advantage)
- Understanding of supply chain, warehouse, or logistics processes
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- A dynamic and international working environment
