Job description:
We are looking for a Senior CI/CD Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable CI/CD pipelines on Azure. The role involves owning end-to-end delivery pipelines, driving DevOps best practices, and mentoring a small team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Architect scalable deployment solutions on Azure (AKS, IaC, automation)
Lead and mentor a small team of engineers (2–5 members)
Implement DevSecOps practices including security, compliance, and monitoring
Optimize pipeline performance, reliability, and cost
Manage end-to-end delivery, including troubleshooting and incident resolution
Collaborate with development, QA, and cloud teams
Mandatory Skills
5+ years in CI/CD / DevOps engineering
Strong experience with Jenkins (pipelines, Groovy, shared libraries)
Hands-on with GitHub Actions workflows
Azure cloud expertise (AKS, Key Vault, Azure DevOps)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Bicep / ARM)
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD best practices
Nice to Have
Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
Exposure to multi-language build pipelines (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
Experience in team leadership or mentoring
Nice to have Certifications
Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD)
