We are seeking a commercially strong, technically fluent Key Account Manager to lead and grow strategic business with TRATON/SCANIA. The mission is to secure and elevate HUBER+SUHNER as a top-tier supplier, focusing on electrification (High Voltage) and expanding our portfolio.
The role requires proven success in international account management, strong technical understanding—ideally in High Voltage systems—and coordination across Europe (core region), North America, and APAC.
- Strategic Account Management: Serve as main global contact for TRATON & SCANIA, develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy, and strengthen the position as a key strategic partner, especially in high-voltage and wiring solutions.

Business Expansion & Growth: Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, up-selling, expanding into new programs, and managing relationships with both OEM and Tier-1 customers.

Stakeholder & Network Management: Establish and sustain a robust network across the OEM ecosystem— while confidently navigating the OEM’s global organisational structure to build influential, multi-level relationships.

Technical Engagement & Frontloading: Initiate technical conversations with customer engineering teams to establish credibility and uncover system needs. Engage internal experts at the optimal stage to ensure consultative success and effective project leadership.

Global Coordination: coordinate business activities in Europe, NAM, and APAC; ensuring consistency of strategy, pricing, technical positioning, and project execution.

Operational & Commercial Excellence: Manage sourcing cycles, quotation processes, nomination phases, and commercial negotiations. Ensure operational excellence in delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and escalation management.
Please note this is a remote position, but the ideal candidate will be based in Sweden.
