Europe's public institutions serve hundreds of millions of people, and most lack the AI infrastructure to do it well. Intric is changing that. Our sovereign AI platform is already used by 70+ municipalities, governments, and institutions. We've built a leading position in Sweden and are expanding across Europe. We're looking for our first Partnerships Manager - but this isn't a traditional partnerships role.
The Role
We've built a strong direct sales motion in Sweden and are now opening new European markets. But direct sales alone won't capture the full opportunity. The organizations that need Intric most — municipalities, public agencies, defense, critical infrastructure operators — often procure technology through established partners, not cold outreach.
This role is about unlocking that channel across the full spectrum of what partnerships can mean for Intric:
Market access — organizations that open doors into new geographies, sectors, or procurement channels
Sales and distribution — resellers, system integrators, and consulting firms that already serve governments and critical industry clients and can carry Intric into their existing relationships
Infrastructure and technology — cloud providers, platform partners, and technology alliances that strengthen Intric's positioning and reach
Implementation and delivery — partners who deploy and integrate Intric for clients, extending our capacity to go deep in new markets
Adoption and success — partners who drive long-term value for clients and reduce churn
Executive networks — individuals and organizations with senior relationships in the institutions we're trying to reach
Product and tech partnerships — integrations and co-development opportunities that expand what Intric can offer
You'll identify, prioritize, and sign the right partners across these categories — and build the programs that make them actually perform. This is a new, significant revenue and growth channel alongside our direct GTM.
There is no existing partner list. No playbook. You'll work directly with our CEO, Head of Sales, and founders to define the strategy from first principles, sign the first deals, and build from there.
Who You Are
We're not looking for someone with a partnerships title on their CV. We're looking for someone who has proven they can build relationships, close things, and create something from nothing - and who is energized by a mission that matters.
That might mean you've come from VC and built a network that most people twice your age don't have. It might mean you've been in enterprise sales and consistently overperformed. It might mean you were a founder or an early commercial hire at a startup who figured things out without a manual. Or you've come from consulting and learned how to move in rooms where decisions get made at the highest level.
What we're actually looking for
Proven track record of building and closing — concrete examples of relationships you've built, deals you've signed, or outcomes you've driven that are hard to argue with
Networking is second nature — you build trust quickly with senior people, you know how to get in the room, and you know what to do once you're there
Commercial sharpness — you understand how businesses make decisions, what motivates a partner or a buyer, and how to structure a deal that works for both sides
Builder mentality — you are energized by 0 1. You don't need a warm list or a defined process, you create one yourself
Strategic reasoning — when you make a decision, you can explain why. You don't just list ideas, you argue for them
Your background could be VC, enterprise sales, consulting, early-stage commercial, founder, or something else entirely. We care far more about what you've actually done than what role you were doing it in.
