We are recruiting a Bid Manager to join our team based in Malmo.
What will you be doing in this role?
As a Bid Manager at Tunstall, your role is to act as the company's representative in the procurement phase of the bid process. The goal is to strengthen the company's position, become more competitive, increase profitability through long-term, strategic and well thought out processes. The purpose is primarily to focus on, and strengthen, the company's relationships with customers and partners.
The Ideal candidate:
You will have experience of working on tenders within the public sector (municipalities) and, ideally, a background in the technology sector.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Risk analysis of inquiries and associated contract terms
Well-elaborated calculations and decision basis, based on the evaluation models of the inquiries
Procurement administration - statistics / monitoring / market analysis.
Create product and company adapted FFU (request documentation).
Generate sales and achieve the company's sales goals.
Identify new business opportunities within the district and to work to build and maintain a customer-friendly relationship through additional sales and business development.
Collaborate and coordinate with staff from other departments working towards the same district.
Meet deadlines for business deals
Key skills and experience:
Well-organised, structured and good at project management.
Have good knowledge of LOU, legal terminology and contract law.
Have good knowledge of Office.
Have good knowledge of Tunstall's service and product range.
Have relevant experience, approx. 3-5 years, from work with tenders, public procurement, sales.
Experience of IT solutions and service sales is an advantage.
Relevant college / university education, within e.g. economics, technology, law.
Ability to read, interpret and write commercial procurements, documents and agreements is a requirement, as is experience of LOU, legal terminology and contract law.
