Background
We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in embedded systems software testing, test strategy definition, and automated test framework architecture.
This role is a key specialist position focused on establishing robust testing methodologies, scalable automation solutions, and long-term quality assurance strategies for complex embedded software environments.
The consultant will support development teams in ensuring high software quality, efficient test processes, and continuous improvements within testing and automation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test strategies for embedded software testing
- Define test scope, test plans, and test cases based on requirements and risks
- Design and implement scalable automated test frameworks
- Develop automated tests using tools and languages such as Python and Robot Framework
- Perform software testing in embedded environments
- Troubleshoot and analyze issues identified during testing
- Support CI/CD integration and continuous testing
- Drive improvements in test processes and quality assurance
- Act as a specialist advisor to development teams on testing architecture and automation strategy

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded software testing
- Strong experience in test strategy and test automation
- Experience with scripting/programming languages such as Python
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework
- Experience with automated testing and test framework development
- Good understanding of embedded systems and software validation
- Good knowledge of Git and version control workflows
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices
- Experience working in Linux-based development and test environments
- Experience working in agile environments
