As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will play a vital part in keeping our manufacturing operation running smoothly. You will be responsible for the organisation, tracking, and supply of spare parts and materials used by our maintenance and engineering teams — making sure the right part is in the right place at the right time.

Your responsibilities

Manage a broad range of technical materials, including mechanical and electrical spare parts, tools, and protective equipment, ensuring correct storage, handling, and availability.
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, verify accuracy and condition, and record all stock movements promptly in the inventory system.
- Prepare, pick, and issue required parts and materials to maintenance technicians and engineers to support daily and planned work.
- Track inventory levels, carry out regular cycle counts and stock checks, and initiate replenishment requests to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure an orderly, clearly labelled, and safe stores environment in line with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement regarding deliveries, lead times, shortages, returns, and discrepancies.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Planner to secure timely availability of parts for scheduled maintenance activities.
- Perform all material-related system and documentation tasks, including goods receipts, stock postings, and master data updates.
- Identify obsolete, damaged, or slow-moving items and support reviews, stock optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance availability and efficiency.

Other requirements
Flexibility to work in different temperature ranges (+25°C to -25°C).
A genuine commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.
Fluency in English is required and a willingness to learn Swedish.
Additional information
The workplace can be difficult to reach by public transportation. Therefore, it is an advantage if you have a driving license and access to a car, or other reliable means of transportation.
As part of our workplace policy, smoking is not allowed during working hours. You will also be required to undergo a medical examination to obtain a fitness certificate.
