At Trädgårdsgrabbarna we are looking for gardeners to join our teams in Danderyd, Täby, Sollentuna, Bromma, and Djursholm. You always work in a team with a team leader and a head gardener, never alone without support. We are an employer that invests in systems and structure, not chaos.
As a gardener, you work at customer sites on a variety of assignments. Your main responsibilities:
- Mowing, trimming, and edging
- Hedge cutting and pruning of shrubs and smaller trees
- Weeding, planting, and care of flower beds
- Spring and autumn garden cleanups, including leaf handling
- Setting up and handling tools and materials on-site
- Following checklists and instructions for each assignment
- Reporting completed work and any deviations in our system after every job
You follow the team leader's plan for the day and work together with the team.
- You are reliable and show up on time
- Gardening experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn goes a long way
- You enjoy working outdoors and physically
- You follow instructions and report back, no shortcuts
- Clear routines and instructions, you always know what needs to be done
