We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and develop our Engineering Capabilities within Connected Services.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and driving cross-functional engineering capabilities such as architecture, security, engineering processes, and technical governance that support multiple teams and delivery areas.
You will combine strong people leadership with accountability for engineering outcomes, ensuring that our capabilities evolve in line with business needs while enabling high-quality, efficient, and sustainable delivery across the organization.
This is a key role in shaping how we scale engineering excellence across a complex, global delivery environment.
As an Engineering Manager, you will:
Lead and develop a team of senior engineers and functional specialists within engineering capabilities such as architecture, security, delivery support, and engineering processes.
Drive engineering governance and compliance across domains, including standards, audits, and risk management
Lead and prioritize cross-functional capability initiatives and backlogs (e.g. innovation, AI, security, and engineering improvements)
Support technical direction and long-term capability development, including architecture, technology adoption, and continuous improvement
