We will continue to strategically develop both global and local sourcing approaches. Local suppliers may earn the right to become a global supplier, while global suppliers are measured on their ability to leverage global volume with local service to all Camfil sites. The goal is to continuously create more value for Camfil’ s business at a lower total cost in a competitive environment.
Responsibility Summary
The Supply Chain Manager EMEA leads the regional Supply Chain organization and is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, logistics, project coordination, and supplier quality activities across the EMEA region. This role ensures supply chain capabilities support business growth, customer requirements, and strong project execution while driving operational efficiency, cost competitiveness, and supplier performance.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, strategic sourcing capability, and the ability to align regional execution with global supply chain processes and business priorities.
What you will do?
In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing regional team, providing coaching to support both departmental objectives and individual growth. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance while driving year-over-year cost savings. You will also manage payment terms strategy, support multiple-source purchasing initiatives to reduce risk, and negotiate purchasing contracts as needed to strengthen commercial outcomes and supply resilience.
You will measure and report supplier on-time delivery, cost savings, cost of quality, and overall team efficiency, while managing supplier performance ratings in line with global supply chain processes and methodology. In collaboration with Category Managers, you will support supplier qualification, performance evaluation, and capacity management to ensure a competitive and reliable supply base.
You will work collaboratively with Key Account teams to provide requested information, manage resources, and ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time. You will also collaborate with the Materials Manager to maintain strong information flow, while ensuring supply chain support is in place throughout the CPS Gate process.
In addition, you will collaborate cross-functionally to improve cycle time and total product cost, monitor commodity market trends and technology roadmaps, and proactively identify supply and demand challenges. You will ensure sourcing and operational activities comply with ethical standards, legal requirements, international trade considerations, and company policies, while supporting quality and safety standards across the region.

You will need strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement systems, ERP modules, and core business tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, as well as the capability to drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives. A structured, results-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment will be essential.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or engineering is required. An MBA is strongly preferred. Certifications such as CPM, SCMP, or CPIM are desirable.
You must have 10+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, and related industry or operations environments. Experience managing regional supply chain activities, supplier performance, project support, and operational execution in an international setting is important for success in this role.
Strong negotiation, contract administration, and total cost reduction capabilities are required, along with sound financial acumen and experience in commercial assessments and cost analysis. Knowledge of international trade, import considerations, and legal requirements, combined with the ability to manage sourcing strategies and supplier-related risks, is also essential.
You should bring excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence effectively and work effectively across functions in a regional/global organization. Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement systems, ERP modules, and computer tools is expected, together with the ability to drive change management and continuous improvement.
Detailed manufacturing knowledge of fabrication processes is required, along with professional-level English, both verbal and written. The ability to travel internationally up to 10-25% of the time is also required.
