IT Technician / IT Administrator
About the Job
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician / IT Administrator to join our growing technology team in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, administering IT systems, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the organization's IT environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with system administration, user support, cloud services, and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line and second-line technical support to internal users and customers.
Administer and maintain Windows/Linux operating systems and enterprise IT environments.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Install, configure, monitor, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and network devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related issues.
Support cloud-based services and business applications.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks.
Monitor system performance and assist in ensuring high availability and reliability of IT services.
Maintain technical documentation, asset inventories, and support records.
Collaborate with technical teams to improve operational efficiency and IT security.
Required Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory administration.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is advantageous.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
