Job Overview
The HR Operations Associate works proactively to support all HR Operations related matters for OSTTRA globally. Together with your HR colleagues, you will manage the entire employee life cycle from an HR operations perspective.
The role is based in our Stockholm office and will mainly be supporting both our Stockholm and New York office in HR Operations matters. You will report to the HR Delivery Lead based in India. We have HR professionals in our five main locations within OSTTRA and therefore you will work with colleagues based in Singapore, Guragaon, London and New York, apart from Stockholm of course!

Key Accountabilities:
Be part of our Global HR Operations team supporting employees and leaders through the entire employee lifecycle process. This includes, but not limited to;
- Be accountable for the onboarding and offboarding process which includes background screening and other processes as well as arranging introduction training.
- Answer and resolve any incoming HR inquiries, which are received from employees, stakeholders, managers daily.
- Assisting and working closely with our HR Business Partner across all regions
- Liaise with external and internal payroll provider
- Administration of employee benefits
- Run HR data reports and help analyse when needed.
- Assist the Global Mobility team as well as Talent Acquisition team
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and key stakeholders within the organisation as well as external providers to ensure business needs are met.
Proactively identifies gaps, challenges and opportunities as well as bringing insights and recommendations in order to improve HR organisation and overall employee experience
Support and coach managers on employee relations issues.
Participation of projects to improve processes.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
- Relevant academic background and/or demonstrated experience in HR.
- 2 - 4 years of experience holding HR-role/s, preferably within a global context.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in supporting the business.
- Good problem-solving skills and project management capabilities
- It’s a plus if you have previous experience working with Dayforce and Google Workspace
