Your Role
As an Organizational Transformation Consultant, you will partner with clients to understand goals, explore options, and co-create clear program proposals. Work alongside our design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a consistent and seamless experience from first meeting through delivery. You’ll also participate in AI programs to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and identify thoughtful next steps. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of people and culture to build deep trust and design solutions that truly drive business impact.
What You Do
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who understands evolving organizational needs and grows accounts organically over time.
- Map and engage the full stakeholder landscape within each account; identify champions, build credibility across HR and business levels, and ensure no relationship is single-threaded.
- Invest in people: remember the details, follow up with intention, and make every client feel like a priority, not a pipeline entry.
- Lead key relationships: serve as the day-to-day point of contact for strategic accounts; steward executive touchpoints and stakeholder alignment.
- Run organizational diagnosis and solutioning: diagnose capability gaps, shape tailored recommendations, and translate client needs into high-impact program proposals.
- Own the consultative sales cycle: proactively qualify, scope, propose, negotiate, and secure mid- to large-size organizational transformation engagements.
- Identify new business opportunities by understanding client challenges and articulating the transformative impact AI can have on their people and business.
- Develop and advance pipeline through targeted outreach, network building, and timely follow-up; align closely with marketing on campaigns and events.
- Support "all things program + sales": contribute to decks, one-pagers, agendas, briefs, delivery checklists, follow-ups, and case studies.
- Partner cross-functionally: channel client and market insights to refine offerings, messaging, and GTM (go-to-market) strategies; ensure strong handovers to delivery.
- Represent the brand at webinars, workshops, and industry events, and convert interest into meaningful next steps.
What You Bring
- A deep interest in or experience from organizational transformation, HR, leadership, learning and development, or business consulting. You understand how people and organizations grow.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a natural ability to connect with people at every level, turning first conversations into long-term partnerships.
- A proven track record of building trust and driving results with clients, combined with a strong commercial mindset.
- Comfort and confidence with proactive outreach, relationship management, and driving activity toward pipeline targets.
- A creative and solution-oriented mindset; you think beyond templates to design what fits the client’s unique culture and needs best.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with senior stakeholders, paired with clear, persuasive writing.
- Experience supporting program delivery (workshops, cohorts, training) and collaborating across teams.
- An organized, process-driven approach, and comfort with CRM systems, funnel metrics, and forecasting.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, leadership, and learning; you love turning innovative ideas into action.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
