Location: Sweden – Dalarna county (Falun / Borlänge area). This is a site based role on a data centre facility.
Schedule: Full-time, with participation in a 24/7 on call rotation. After-hours and weekend work may be required at short notice.

We’re looking for a skilled cooling technician with a background in HVAC, refrigeration, cooling, or thermal management to join our team in Sweden. This is a site based role on a major data centre facility in the Dalarna region, where you’ll be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced cooling and thermal management systems that keep critical infrastructure running.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants a technically deep, hands on role working with modern technology in one of Sweden’s most significant data centre environments, while being part of an international company with strong development opportunities.
Essential requirements
- Swedish Kylcertifikat Kategori I (mandatory)
- Preferably 5 years’ experience in a technical service environment working with thermal equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, cooling, chillers, or similar)
- Previous field service or site based maintenance experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self starter with strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Clean, valid driving licence
Nice to have
- Data centre experience (highly desirable for this role)
- Familiarity with control systems or BMS
