If you have a keen interest in financial markets and macroeconomics and a particular interest for the Swedish economy, this is the role for you!
In the Swedish research team, we cover the Swedish economy, fixed income and FX products. We form views on the markets we cover and aim to give the best possible advice to our clients and stakeholders. We are now looking to strengthen the team with a part-time junior analyst based in Stockholm. We are part of a wider Research organisation within Danske Bank, with close cooperation across countries and products.
Your responsibilities:
Supporting more senior team members with data and analytical work
Prepare presentations and help with recurring publications
You are expected from an early stage to be proactive and drive your own work
Your profile:
You should have a genuine interest in the Swedish and the global economy as well as financial markets. You should have a strong theoretical foundation, but also curiosity and drive to look for new angles on how to solve problems. You take responsibility for your work and have a proactive mindset. Preferably, you hold a bachelor’s degree in economics and/or finance and have two years of studies left.

Skills and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
Having worked with econometric models
Knowledge of tools such as Excel and Macrobond and programming skills (e.g. VBA and Python) are beneficial
Fluent in English and Swedish
