We are now looking for an Associate to join our team. This is a broad, entry-level role ideal for a recent graduate who wants to get hands-on experience across many parts of our work, contributing to our mission to deliver measurable, high-quality environmental impact.
You will play an important part in how we grow and deliver, supporting client engagements and business development, diving into research, and contributing to communications, events, and partnerships.
Support business development through prospect research, outreach, and pipeline tracking
Produce client materials, presentations, and slide decks
Support research, reporting, and documentation across client engagements
Assist with planning and logistics for external events and partnerships
Produce written content and copy across internal and external channels
Create visual content and communications assets
We are looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. You do not need to come with all the answers, but you should be eager to learn and comfortable working in an environment where things move quickly.
University degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, communications, sustainability, or environmental studies).
Experience through internships, volunteering, or projects involving sustainability is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
Skilled at producing slide decks and visual content
Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
Proactive and self-driven, you take initiative and follow through
Confident working across tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, and AI tools
A genuine interest in climate, sustainability, or purpose-driven work
