Facilities Engineer
Location: Brigham City, UT
Status: Direct hire
Compensation: $65,000 to $88,000
Experience level: 5+ years of experience in an electrical or facilities engineering role
SUMMARY:
This candidate will be responsible for plans, designs, and oversight of the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities.
Responsibilities
- Schedules and coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings.
- Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
- Inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Education:
- Must have an Engineering degree in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical).
Qualifications
- Must have AutoCAD experience.
- Be familiar with building and fire codes
- Previous experience with Siemens building software is desired.
- Previous experience with large, chilled water systems and Air conditioning systems.
