Arj Global is supporting a major digital transformation initiative focused on digitising and automating design processes — from 3D modelling in Revit through to validation, planning, and layout optimisation.
The objective is to significantly reduce design cycle times through automation, standardisation, and scalable BIM-driven workflows. We are seeking a solution-oriented consultant who can bridge business requirements, technical feasibility, and practical delivery to accelerate automation initiatives.
Scope of Assignment
- Conduct current-state analysis of design workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Design scalable solutions for prioritised automation initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across digital, business, and engineering teams
- Develop a phased automation roadmap including effort estimation and business value sizing
- Deliver hands-on implementation of identified quick wins during the engagement
- Provide recommendations for long-term automation and process optimisation
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyse existing design processes and identify automation candidates
- Design scalable and standardised solutions for planning and layout workflows
- Facilitate workshops with business, product, and engineering stakeholders
- Develop and maintain Revit and Dynamo-based workflows and standard packages
- Produce roadmap documentation with clear phases, dependencies, risks, and investment sizing
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on integration points and shared tooling
- Support implementation activities and adoption of new workflows
RequirementsEssential Skills & Experience
- Strong Autodesk Revit and Dynamo working knowledge
- Experience implementing large-scale design automation solutions
- 10+ years of BIM/CAD solution architecture, consulting, or related experience
- Proven ability to translate complex design challenges into practical and scalable workflows
- Strong English communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience engaging with business, technical, and operational stakeholders
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Background in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or related discipline
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience with BIM standards, governance, and template frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management across organisational boundaries
- Project management and implementation leadership experience
- Experience driving digital transformation and process automation initiatives
