Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Solution Engineer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions that enhance products, business processes, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in applied AI, machine learning engineering, large language models (LLMs), and software development, with the ability to take ownership of solutions from concept to production. You will work within a specialized AI team, collaborating closely with Product Owners, software engineers, and business stakeholders to transform complex and evolving requirements into scalable, production-ready AI systems. The role involves developing AI-driven capabilities, integrating intelligent services into enterprise applications, and continuously optimizing solutions based on real-world performance, business needs, and operational constraints.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- 7+ years of experience in Software Development, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or related technical roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience in applied AI and machine learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building deployable services and APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions independently.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques including regression, classification, forecasting, and time-series analysis.
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating LLM-based solutions in production environments.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems, applications, and business processes.
- Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker is highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, is considered a strong advantage.
