Process Scientist – Pilot Plant & Technical Operations
Are you interested in process development, laboratory work, and pharmaceutical manufacturing? We are looking for a Process Scientist to join a GMP-regulated Life Science environment supporting pilot plant operations, process development, and technical activities.
You will support pilot plant activities related to clinical and stability batches while working closely with R&D, Production, Quality, and QC teams. The role combines hands-on laboratory work, process support, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
Support preparation and execution of clinical, pilot, and development batches.
Perform laboratory and pilot plant activities, including sample preparation and material handling.
Support process development, technical evaluations, and troubleshooting.
Document activities in protocols, batch records, reports, and quality systems.
Participate in investigations, deviation handling, and improvement initiatives.
University degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Life Science, or similar.
Experience from laboratory work, sample handling, or practical scientific/technical work.
Strong attention to detail and structured way of working.
Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Experience or understanding of GMP, QA, QC, or regulated environments.
Experience from pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or laboratory settings.
Interest in process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
You are analytical, quality-focused, and eager to learn. You enjoy practical laboratory work, solving technical challenges, and collaborating with colleagues across different functions.
This role is particularly suitable for a junior candidate, final-year student, or recent graduate looking to build a career within pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, or process development.
