JOB PURPOSE
Offer Samsonite customers exceptional service by projecting a positive image of the Company at all times, in order to maximise sales. Assist in the maintenance of a tidy and well-presented store, maintaining high standards in all areas.
Responsibilities
- Applies the brand appropriate selling ceremony with each customer
- Demonstrates understanding of personal sales goals and KPIs and strives to hit targets set.
- Working independently at times, and as part of a small but dedicated brand team.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution orientated mindset.
- Takes pride in the store and maintains the standards on the sales floor, including a swift replenishment of products.
